Like many young professionals, at first the idea of getting paid to travel was excited and I couldn't wait for my next flight. As the miles whizzed by, and my body neared middle-age (who came up with the term "Elder Millennial" anyway?) work travel started to lose it's luster. I truly love what I do, and don't plan to stop anytime soon, so I started paying close attention to the elements I could control and spark that joy of travel again. Below are some of the items that now live in my suitcase, getting shuffled between checked and carry on bags depending on the trip. I'll explore each one in further detail on future posts, along with my recommended products, and I'll link them as they're posted. For now, here's a quick list to get you started.

Check back as I will link to the detailed posts once they're up. I hope this list helps you find the joy of business travel, and makes your pleasure trips a bit more relaxing. I'd love to hear in the comments what items you always pack!
